Here’s what we do for you:
Meet with you regarding an open position to determine:
:: The application or infrastructure your new consultant
will be working with, the type of industry, and
business problem the application or position
solves.
:: The term of the contract position, and your intentions
of possibly hiring the consultant after the
contract
period ends (this will assist us in keeping the
consultant employed if needed after the contract
expires).
:: The skills required for the position (EJB, J2EE, Java
Servlets, C++, Unix or Windows, etc.)
Use our industry contact, search engine tools such as
Dice, Monster, and FlipDog to screen out qualified
candidates.
Phone screen and arrange in-person interviews for
qualified candidates.
Perform in-person interviews.
Provide EXTENSIVE background and reference checks.
Only after these steps are taken will we present a candidate. We hope you can
